Teacher Training Program

The mentor training programme at Springbird is an on-going process, which focuses on exposing mentors to the latest nuances of technology, methodology and changing practices of the curriculum. Emphasis is continuously placed on the compassionate, empathic and impartial role of the mentor in the scholar's learning process.

The school is also committed to staff development through a wide range of on-going in-service programmes and workshops, which cover not only academics a nd pedaogogy but also areas such as psychological counseling, personality development and career counseling.
